Mandate
Define the CERN Diversity Strategy according to the Organization-wide priorities and key focus areas
- In collaboration with the Enlarged Directorate to ensure commitment and accountability
- In line with developments in the Member States and international organisations
Implement the Diversity Programme along 3 main axes of recruitment, career development and work environment
- Advise management and members of personnel on diversity related matters
- Establish internal and external networks to gather input and align to best practice
- Propose, support and implement actions
Monitor Progress and Reporting
- Identify key performance indicators and monitor according to agreed milestones
- Report annually to Stakeholders – Member States, Management and Personnel
