Define the CERN Diversity Strategy according to the Organization-wide priorities and key focus areas

  • In collaboration with the Enlarged Directorate to ensure commitment and accountability
  • In line with developments in the Member States and international organisations

Implement the Diversity Programme along 3 main axes of recruitment, career development and work environment

  • Advise management and members of personnel on diversity related matters
  • Establish internal and external networks to gather input and align to best practice
  • Propose, support and implement actions

Monitor Progress and Reporting

  • Identify key performance indicators and monitor according to agreed milestones
  • Report annually to Stakeholders – Member States, Management and Personnel
