ISOLDE organized a Workshop and Users meeting on the 27th of November, 2024. Here, Louise Carvalho, the Diversity & Inclusion Programme Leader was invited to introduce the Invisible Dimensions poll via MentiMeter and engaged the audience to participate in an interactive presentation. The objective was to raise awareness about the many invisible diversity dimensions among the people in the room. By submitting their answers anonymously, the participants watched as the diversity data of their colleagues was visualised on the screen in real-time!  To close, Louise invited the audience to reflect on topics discussed, hence encouraging the audience to put diversity and inclusion-related topics into practice!
