Inclusion Matters: Contribute to shaping a more inclusive CERN

Building on the momentum of the successful 25 by ’25 initiative, the Diversity & Inclusion Programme is launching Inclusion Matters., a new participatory initiative to help make CERN an even more inclusive place to work.

Over the next five years, the goal is to deliver 50 visible and tangible inclusion actions by 2030. From small everyday improvements to broader organizational initiatives, every action is designed to strengthen inclusion and foster a greater sense of belonging across our community.

The success of Inclusion Matters. depends on all of us. All members of the CERN community are invited to share practical ideas that could make a positive difference for colleagues and contribute to a more inclusive workplace.
